The people they’re advising not to give it to are people who have to carry epi pens. Not if you get gassy after eating dairy

One of my friends who lives/sleeps w his gf went to get tested and it came back inconclusive. His girls test came back negative. he also said he did hella blow the night before (smh lol) so he thinks that’s why his test was inconclusive.
What are the chances of someone who lives that closely w someone who just tested negative to be covid positive?
