He hasn't said anything about a lockdown. He's actually wants to re-open the majority of schools in his first 100 days and we'll be peaking in cases and deaths in Feb, tbh. Realistically, the plan looks like business as usual. Governors calling the shots and we'll be in the beginning stages of vaccination.
