Did a lot better today. Only threw up once getting out the shower. My fever has gone down and was able to eat a sandwich for dinner without throwing up

I had about 20 minutes of nausea about an hour ago and I ate a grilled cheese sandwich and all is well now.

I might've just been hungry and my headache confused the hunger for nausea.
