Also saw from the NY Times that herd immunity may not be reached, but some sense of normalcy can be achieved if the most vulnerable get vaccinated.

One poll had LA County at 11% vaccine hesitancy, so that's one reason we're doing so well. San Francisco is at 7%. I'm sure that vaccine hesitancy and positivity rate are correlated.
