I tested negative when I was going to a concert. Was quick easy may just get tested every so often for rest of year. Keep immune system up. I am eating healthy again was vegan before pandemic then did whatever but getting back to vegan and building health. Makes me happier

Drink a lot of water, take vitamin c and zinc, and don’t even think about the virus trust me you don’t want your mental health to take a toll. Are you having trouble sleeping or any headaches?

How long did it take you to breathe regularly friend, I’m struggling

I don’t think I had shortness of breath but the body aches definitely made my breaths more shallow. I tested positive on a Monday and didn’t start feeling slightly better until Thursday.

If you’re having difficulty breathing even though your fully vaxxed I’d go to the hospital/ER as a precaution and have them check your blood oxygen levels and maybe give you something in case the virus is in your lungs.

It’s definitely a trip. I hsve a few friends that caught it and they were fully vaxxed. Thankfully none of them developed long covid, which is good because I know some people who caught it last year before the vaccine and most still got at least one symptom lingering even now

How so? Children as young as 6 months old get the flu shot every year.

Flu shot different than covid shot and I’m not here to do that comparison if they really got the shot working for kids they might as well have delayed school start date by a month . Kids wouldn’t be fully vaccinated til October if they all went tomorrow
