Like I never had my breathing dip below like 95 but my heart rate was slowed down like a mfer (maybe bc of inactivity, who knows) after my fever broke, and i was shook when it came to sleeping

That’s the scariest s*** is when you’re out of control
Like I never had my breathing dip below like 95 but my heart rate was slowed down like a mfer (maybe bc of inactivity, who knows) after my fever broke, and i was shook when it came to sleeping
yeah the anxiety of what could come was the worst part. The worst symptoms only lasted like 2-3 days for me thankfully and it was only fever and stuffed nose/slight cough. my anxiety attacks of the past definitely helped me through it all. felt like a breeze compared to that because I literally thought I was dying back then (hypochondriac)

mine was so bad that I lost like 20 pounds back in 2017. I thought I was having heart attacks but turned out to be just anxiety. Once you can control your thoughts again it goes away. Kinda thankful it happened because now I don’t get too phased out by random bullshit.
