Obama couldn’t stop it, its not really even a presidential issue. In terms of the police force it will have to be fixed at the state and local level, but honestly its just gonna take decades of cultural change to fix.

A lot of old folks will have to die out tbh .. the same ones that might pass racial tendencies down to their kids and grandkids.

Now obviously doesnt mean that the majority of old people are racist, on the contrary, USA is one of the least racist countries according to stats, but there are deffo still older people that hold those views.

Also the rural areas dying out due to the 4th industrial revolution will also be a thing. A different problem then will be that you'd basically have a one party system because only the dems would win, which would not change anything either.

We've been saying this since the 70s and what has changed? Black people still are arrested at higher rates for the same crime. Our current economic/political system is built on slavery and black oppression so voting people into it puts a band aid on a wound that needs surgery.
