I don’t live in one so don’t know all the legalities of gated communities but to my knowledge the entire area is private property and it’s considered trespassing if you’re even inside the neighborhood without being a resident and/or invited

what i'm saying is that the protestors weren't just walking in those roads. to the left of the vid in OP, there was a group of protesters who opened the gate of their backyard and rushed into it lol
