A group of peaceful protesters marching down the street wasn’t endangering them or their property at all. In any situation once the guns come out the situation escalates, idk how you can’t see that the degree of danger drastically increased once they came out strapped. A group of people or a single individual doesn’t matter if the opps mindset is the same, this couple is no different from George Zimmerman “standing his ground”

I see what you’re saying about protecting themselves but the situations just aren’t equivalent. Protesters arming themselves at this juncture would only lead to gallons of bloodshed.

No one died and they weren't playing pretend cop. These people and Zimmerman are very different. If all we have is this situation to go off of. When you consider the fact this movement has been connected to antifa, looting, rioting, etc. a outsider/possible enemy reacting this way might have been most predictable thing out of all of this.

I doubt it would lead to “gallons of bloodshed” but you could be right. I just don’t like the idea of many black people aligning themselves with people trying their hardest to remove guns when we’re in a position where the people that want us dead or don’t care about us dying own guns. We should be armed in America because who’s supposed to protect and serve us?

That whole neighborhood is a private community that they had to physically break into to access had every right to pull the hammer on them to stop.
