On what? Why an advertisement pretending libertarianism isn't conservative is misleading?
The only way to escape "culture war" is to have a material politics. Now, libertarianism is a material politics. It's a project to make class power absolute. Neoliberalism and libertarianism are bedfellows in that regard. The US government is still at least nominally democratic in some of its functions. Democracy is not always beneficial in itself, but there are still diverse interests competing for popular support to a degree. Without government, the only thing that would fill the void is corporations. They are entirely autocratic and authoritarian.
As for culture war, talking about it is playing into it. That's why it's in the title of this ad for the Koch brothers. You aren't going to ride that horse to anywhere good.

"My 'side' can't possibly be the wrong one! No, no, it's everyone on the OTHER predefined/autonomous side! My party knows exactly what I believe and want and they act in my best interests, thank you very much!"

The United States is the synthesis of its liberal and conservative parties who share rule. They are only separate things when it comes to running elections not the government. Everything that actually happens is a product of their consensus.

Like I said man, it's not about left and right. You see this website lately? It's a microcosm for where we are at right now, an "us vs. them" mentality. I don't care for the person in the video, or her politics. but what she is saying is 100% facts.
Democrats vs Republicans
Rich vs poor
Black Lives Matter
#StopAsianHate
Men vs Women
Gay vs Straight
Cis vs Trans
All this s*** is reaching a breaking point because no one is providing real solutions, it's just a constant bicker back and forth and this is why these companies can use these issues, by enacting laws that give them power to strip away an individual's rights.

No clue. Was just pointing to who champions this ideology.
Each side is incredibly self-righteous, but incapable of critical thinking and problem solving at the personal level they want government to do it for them, government knows this and will take all the advantage.

You will never cancel the cancel culture. You can only activate people who are undeserved by the present system with a material politics that can supplant it. People need to realize they have more shared interest with the people in their tax bracket, on a global scale, than the people who represent them in art and media and government.
Libertarianism just blames the bureaucracy of government and makes way for that class of people to rule more directly.
all they did was give some surface level critique

A lot of people don't take notice on this.

If you think anything I'm saying is in agreement with that silly video saying "big government' is the problem, you should go back and read more carefully.

Lmfao where did you get this insane take from?

I'm not sure what you're taking issue with. If it's the pedantic point that there is room for a social libertarianism, one that has no base of support in US politics and is irrelevant to this discussion, okay sure.
If it's that this video isn't Ron Paul Koch Brother s***, get a grip.

There is no mainstream social libertarian movement in US politics. It is solely the project of economically secure smallholders, and tycoons who view themselves as smallholders, to clear the obstruction of government regulation. They typically vilify government while completely ignoring the tyranny of the corporation. As is the case with this video. Now there are unwitting people being duped by this who mistake it for something else. At least they are anti-imperial and anti-prison state and such.
This is another long form way of saying let people do and say f***ed up s*** to focus on other things. As if humans can't do more than one thing. The way right wing people say "let's have a discussion" to avoid any hostile confirmation to push their narratives.
Also, this is right wing talking rhetoric (in vague fashion) to make peace and less hostility to those who say racist and bigoted things.
The culture war and stupid identity politics (a lot of idpol is good and necessary but some of this s*** is silly) is just a way for highly educated people to out virtue each other
What matters on the ground is access to healthcare, jobs, investment and labour relations
No one on the street gives a sodding f*** whether you think math is racist (the left) or whether the left want to cancel Christmas (the right).
They just want some f***ing security and relief in their lives
(the left)
no leftist gives a s*** about if math is racist or not
