ZokkonNobody with the current trending production sound is going to the levels of God MC, it's so heavily saturated that it doesn't stand out to casuals
Also the current expectation of constantly dropping music will make it hard for anyone to just take their time crafting a project and achieving Illmatic tier albums
Give it another 5-10 years for a new sound cycle and we'll see where it goes. XXX, Pop, Juice etc all passed away and they were literally all at the top

That’s exactly what I’m saying. Juice, pop, and X all had that combo to become the next “one”. New sound, style, young, and most of all they seemed authentic while having that appeal outside of the U.S.
