After that the competition was ridiculous and they were getting steadily showed up by The Kinks etc
I might (big might) put Court of the Crimson King over Abbey Road otherwise they dominate their entire run imo.

or Neil Young or Fleetwood MacAbbey Road nice af but nothing with Silver Hammer or Oh Darling can be taken very seriously

the vast majority of beatles fans are just casual listeners who have never paid a single semblance of thought to the concept of "music elitism" in their life
not knocking them or anything its just what happens when youre the biggest band in history, a lot of fans that aren't super into music. tons of people just grew up hearing their music as kids or something
