Is 20 € for the first one worth it?
DS1? yeah that’s gonna be a 10 from me dawg, it’s a timeless adventure
Defeating that capra demon was a huge task my guy
It’s them darn dogs and that tight ahh alley that make it harder than it is.

If I could go back I would start with dark souls 1 and then play in release order so I can appreciate the improvements over time and the storytelling (specifically dark souls trilogy)
For context I started with Bloodborne -> Elden Ring -> Dark Souls 1 (didn’t finish playthrough).

how’d you like bloodborne
also my coworker was telling me that bloodborne is probably the most parry based one and that ds3 is more difficult than elden ring

I only finished Bloodborne, played DS2 on Xbox 360 back in the day but never finished. Own some others and I do plan to play them eventually but other games always come up. I'd just play them in release order
Definitely start with Dark Souls
I say skip Dark Souls 2 tbh. Was my first FromSoft game and it's a great game but definitely feels off compared to the others
Bloodborne encourages a more aggressive playstyle and is a lot faster than Dark Souls
Dark Souls 3 builds on Bloodborne and brings the faster enemies/more aggressive combat to the Souls games
Sekiro is more of its own thing compared to the others and seems more parry focused
Save Elden Ring for last

I started one month ago with ds1 and I'm glad it's my first one, really aged beautifully for being a 15 years old game
Sens Fortress
had to do the whole dungeon and boss in a single take cause i couldn’t find the bonfire and didn’t know you could have more flasks 💀

I was lucky enough that my friend told me about the bonfire
That sounds brutal
I also remember playing through the entire game my first time tho without knowing you could get more flasks by kindling bonfires

he told me about kindling only at the end of the game
