NoirNot here for homelessness hate. A ton of my students y'all age are homeless and are only taken in to our program because of state funding. Lots of terrific, hard working people with potential just got f***ed over because their parents died or they got hooked on something.

In all seriousness, section 8 tenants are typically deemed risky. Since they’re paying close to 0. Incentive to take care of the property can be low. Tenants destroying property, stuff like that
