Great album, this new trilogy is shaping up to be phenomenal
I’ve said this plenty of times on here, but this is still kind of an underwhelming release for me despite being mostly positive about it.
This album in concept is really infectious and I think that is showcased in some of the more uptempo cuts on here like I Heard You’re Married Girl and Take My Breath. Even the more slower moments like Out of Time and Here We Go Again (sans Tyler’s verse) are great.
However, I just simply don’t think a few of the more “””experimental””” cuts on here pan out for me. Gasoline and songs similar to that never grew on me and I think this album feels really inconsequential after ISTE besides I Heard You’re Married Girl.
There’s enough good on here because it’s Abel, but I feel like maybe a bit more time working on this album along with a few more collaborators would have made this almost as good as his previous work.
Respect your opinion but strong disagree with your last statement. Abel solo >>> Abel and a feature.
At this point I rather he just keep it solo, unless we get a reunion track with Drake or somehow a Frank collab manifests.
I still love it but After Hours is def my fav from him. But sometimes I’m in the mood and listen to Dawn FM only just with a few skips.
Still amazing
F*** the haters
Only slightly worse than his magnum opus, After Hours.
In full, the new trilogy will almost certainly be better than the OG one; and that’s saying A LOT.

That's a wild but possible take
Idk why ppl defended him against the satanic talk when he doesn't even hide it. That's his whole thing. The concept of this album is literally "heaven's not real! Heaven's here on earth!"
