only j cole project i’ve checked was 2014FHD

Not gonna lie. J. Cole one of my favs but the only album he’s dropped that truly hooked me front to back was FHD, arguably Born Sinner. Which is wild cause there’s no misses on FHD to me, it just sounds that much better than every other album he dropped.

Yea I’m convinced the 4yeo hate will never stop it’s okay the real Cole fans know it’s a solid project . To me it’s the easiest album from him to listen from beginning to end . All the songs are relaxing as f*** lol it’s just a vibe he has on here that’s not on kod or fhd

Selling 1.5 million is not a flop but yeah he's on the decline and the project was front-loaded

I find KOD to be stronger than 4YEO but I can't put it of 2014 Forest Hills Drive.

Darkest album as terms of content? Absolutely. Flow wise, its the first Cole album where he actually adapted to the new-age rap flows. I understand why he did it in order to not seem "boring" or "redundant" and predictable with how he raps. I just think he was going through something in that moment with that project.

As for that new Cole.....man where is he at??? So him and Kendrick Lamar like "fuck dat" for 2020 lol?

Warm Up and FNl are on my all time favorite mixtapes. All the truly yours are great too, Cole Summer a top 5 Cole song.

My ranking for Cole (not including Truly Yours or other EPS) is FHD>=FNL>=WU>>>Everything else
