You gotta wash them mfs off with hot water before you put them in the dishwasher

  • M To the Ozu

Doing laundry is barely a chore. You put it in then walk away for an hour. It’s truly the lazy man’s chore

    Imagine not handwashing

    Wrong.

But I’ve always did a light handwash before putting dishes in the dishwasher to make things easier.

    This

You prep the plate instead of just throwing in the machine with all the junk still on it

They do not work, smell disgusting, everything that comes out needs to be washed again. Seriously, how am I supposed to take a person seriously if he doesn’t even have the discipline to properly clean the mess he himself made

Doing dishes is a bottom tier chore but sum that feels zen to it. You are there minding a task while the background noise is happening, be it family, a crowd or even by yourself you can still make out the surrounding. For a moment you are in an isolated space, disconnected from the world. The awareness that you are doing it when others are not up to it adds to the whole feeling. But then someone interrupt you and add more s*** to your pile of work

I like to believe that a big part of what separates man from animal is reflection and there is no better time to reflect than while doing dishes after a meal you cooked for yourself. It’s truly a meditation of sorts

real men don’t do dishes cause you work hard enough that your wife or kids takes care of it gladly

    nigga it’s just washing dishes

“mindfulness” industry has done a number on basic human s*** lmaooo bro realized his inner self while slaving chores

  • I don't get much use out of mine because I don't use many dishes daily. But I'm sure for if you have a family a dishwasher is a god send.

Call it lazy if you want, but most working adults who are providing for a family don't have the time (or patience after a long ass day) to handwash dishes.
