They don’t need that many people to subscribe in order to justify the budget so I guess it makes sense. I wasn’t planning on watching this anyway though so whatever lol
What the f*** are you talking about? Liu Yifei, the actress who plays Mulan, literally stands with the hong kong police. In addition, Disney does nothing, they easil use their influence to do something. Sorry that i care about the people in hong kong
I advocate heavily for hong kong and stand for their freedom. But, I wonder if the actress really is anti-HK or if she has to out of fear .. like remember how fan bing bing disappeared

all of them are shook
Jackie Chan is a Hong Kong native and he supports China absorbing Hong Kong
You think one in four Disney plus subscribers are gonna pay for Mulan? I think a big portion of subscribers are teenage/ young adults that are into marvel or SW n have an appreciation for the brand and maybe half are families. I think one in four families is still a lot, maybe possible, but $30 for a remake in a recession is wild
Disney would be ecstatic if 1 in 4 families buy it

30 euros most likely.
Disney Blurays, the most expensive Blurays, cost 24,95€. So this is even more expensive.
And you also have to pay Disney Plus.

Right. Here the thing, Disney charges $65 for UFC pay per views behind the ESPN+ subscription. This isn’t new for them
