Guns are meant to kill. You could argue shooting someone more than 2 times is excessive but when youre shooting irl with adrenaline pumping youre just shooting until you perceptually visualize someone falling down.

If the women in the pink was the aggressor and Makiah was genuinely afraid for her life then it really sucks... But the cop did was trained to do (for better or worse)... if he let the girl get stabbed and killed right in front of him it’d be a whole different controversy and the mom would still be devastated.
