i feel dat opwhen my dad passed away when i was young everyone telling me to become a man but me being a stubborn little s*** went the opposite way trying to preserve my childhood as long as i can cause i know it’s limited compared to adulthood but eventually u just gotta drop it and move on to ur next stage of life

You can be an adult but still have the fun and excitement of being “young”
I feel like too many people think you have to get a 9 to 5 and stop having hobbies and stop having fun to be an adult
You can have that 9 to 5 AND have those hobbies you enjoy

Very recently it was common to have 14-15 yr olds go off to war, in some cultures young girls are married off
My point is that it’s a maleable thing
Theres no rule to say once yr 30 or 35 u automatically have to lose all fun in life or whatever as a rule. This is probably the most free time in all of human history to not conform to that
