a wretched place that peddles evilness and injustice
can't say that I hate all americans, considering that a lot are also victims of said evilness
No
I do hate the attitude of some americans ive met, like entitlement and a sense of superiority. Not grasping how dumb they sound. Only being able to speak english and expecting everyone to learn their language. Not grasping (their own) history or other cultures, yet "celebrating" them as if they were playing dressup. Self hating, disrespecting their own flag, country, culture and acting like they are rebels because of it. It just makes them look like vapid one-dimensional people who just see the world in black and white, or just say whats the popular zeitgeist for goodboy points. Mainly people from california. I ended up sitting at a table with only californians once and it was hell. Once i also had a Californian guest speaker karen who was talking about how she was italian and how important it was to adapt to cultures yada yada. To "get in touch with the locals", and more patronizing s***. I asked her if she ever went to Italy or could speak it. She hadn't. In fact she hadn't learned a single language or even word it seemed yet was saying all that bs. Italian my ass. Americans from the eastcoast don't give me that same vibe, at least the ones I've met. Made some great friends from the eastcoast.
