youre on that individual action type of time (understandably) and thats a copout bc obviously you individually cant do anything about it. you can 1) be aware and look more into it and/or 2) look into organizing opportunities. I dont believe in willing things into existence but the more 'statistical' examples you are able to set the better. or you can do nothing but then I wouldn't be surprised people are talking about this in the context that you see bc they feel more strongly about it
