I been dangerously h****. Melatonin had me knocked out but after a while my dreams were f***ing WILDLY DARK and jt was depressing me

Had one last night and right when it ended I woke up at 8:00 exactly

I also get so many nightmares when I take a t break from weed, like I’ll wake up in a sweat and have to calm myself down and remind myself it was a dream, those first few seconds after you wake up from some f***ed up s*** is a horrible feeling until it dissolves away

This summer I've been having very violent dreams

I'm not at all a violent person, so I'm struggle to rationalise it

In the dreams I'm always caught up in violence, starting fights, hurting people etc.

i hate the feeling i have when i awake from something like that. are they getting any better as we are now in october?

melatonin gives me nightmares too. you're only supposed to take like 3mg of it if i'm not mistaken but most places legit sell it in only 10mg or more pills. it's f***ed

last night had a dream i was in a mansion and i had to kill someone who was torturing people and taking hostages. i didn't have a gun, legit had to slam this guy on the ground and throw him down stairs. it was terrible
