i mean his name Future for a reason. easy to connect to the youth when niggas just now catching up to s*** you were doing 10+ years ago. but to answer the question it really just depends. future whole aesthetic is him being a rich manchild so it works for him to never grow up
I generally don’t listen to the same artist making the same type of music over a decade. There are some exceptions, but I’ll tend to lose interest. I suppose it does indicate a maturation of themes and execution.
What is there to grow up about with future?
He's not Mac Miller rapping about Kool aid and skipping class to smoke weed
4:44 ruined some of y’all brains. Suddenly every rapper older than 30 has to make an album about grown up s*** like cheating on your wife while having kids with her.
I don’t care about these niggas world views unless they’re connected to something personally to where it feels sincere when they rap/croon about it, be yourself..self awareness is good
i mean its kinda corny now , hes approaching 40, deadbeat dad that s***s on the nigga taking care of his son
Dem KTT boys want their favorites to still be rapping bout high school s*** deep into their 30’s/40’s cba

You stop liking d**** and hoes when you turn 25, you didn't know that?
What does growing up mean? Being monogamous and raising your kids?
Chance tried
If it ain’t broke, don’t break it. Think Future should do what Future wants to do as it consistently works every time. See what happened to Uzi when he started trusting fan pages
I mean if you in your mid-late 30s still rapping about the stuff you were in your early-mid 20s it's kinda weird. You ain't have much happen in your life that changed or opened up your perspective on life, love, women, family, friends, society, making music, worldly possessions, etc? Just seems pretty dull honestly.
Rappers do “grow up” with their content
All artists do
It’s just some artists never actually grow up and wanna try and stay young and wreckless
