There definitely was some differences between when the album was first released and Jail pt 2 was added.
It's either a very slight mix change or the original upload was watermarked by UMG
Thinking it was just a watermark the original file as Ilikepeaches files are the exact same besides that difference @sab noted. Most likely just the watermark which was removed

The only thing I know for certain is that the Donda album hasn't been changed since release day
Any changes (might just be watermarking) were ONLY ON release day
Any changes noticed after that is purely placebo
EDIT: I did my own testing. My results match Sab. I did a 30 minute chuck of the album instead of overlaying every track
That evident banding across the entire 30 minutes is the watermark.
Unless there is some exclusive Apple mastering (is that still a thing?), then I'm 99.9% sure there have been no real changes/updates on the album
