I don’t understand what this means.
DJ Quick is better than Dre
Who would’ve thought that an who refuses to drop a highly anticipated album praises a more reclusive trajectory.

Oh I was talking about Dot. But I’m not sure if I agree with the take bro. I like Quik more though.
Dude released arguably two of the top 5 albums in rap history and KTT kids hating on a movie soundtrack 15-20 years out of his prime lol no wonder Dre hates fans
Kevin Hart been getting some solid guests for these lil interviews. It's just annoying how industry polished and manufactured it is. They sometimes don't feel all that real with how scripted they seem. That being said, it's not often you get dudes like Jay Z or Dr Dre doing "candid" interviews.
late night tv vibes. keep.
Why are you saying Kanye in this thread…
All of this applies to Drake
everyone keeping coming for the boy. they really can’t accept he’s the greatest
He's the LAST person to telling anyone about how much time you need to take between each release.
Bro you are literally just hating. You are literally complaining about him doing Great Promo for his album, are you dumb?
Yep.

Gotcha, I still have Drake far over Kendrick too but on some real s*** Quick really is the goat
Like it or hate it, it was still a really big success overall
Could’ve been bigger if it was more accessible but he doesn’t have to do that
Plus, it was Tidal exclusive.

Dr. Dre is your favorite producer's favorite producer alongside J Dilla.
"Kendrick is a Forever Artist'.. He can disappear for five years and comeback and f*** our heads up...Some artists feel like i have to do something all the time so I won't be forgotten. That's not him. He can disappear and come back with something that's shocking, amazing..and everybody's going to tune in"
!https://youtu.be/wPSTST0JB5sthen goes on to name eminem as another “forever artist” lmaoo get his geriatric f*** out of here no one is stopping and listening to em except mountain dew chuggers with cheeto cheese finger tips
Consistent quality annually >>>>> mid or mysterious music every few years
Good thing the artist he's praising has never dropped anything mid.
these musicians say a whole lot of nothing on these podcasts
first Tyler with some snooze s*** about you need to listen to albums to like em now dre standing against gatekeeping like it did something
shoutout their marketing teams for feeding them the 'correct' opinions I guess
why would it be ridiculous for artists that actually care about making good albums to say stuff like this

this has nothing to do with making music and everything with maintaining your media presence or sell something to somebody. they literally talk about vague 'oldheads' and 'rap twitter' in both instances, its irrelevant to musicianship and relevant to preaching to their target audience however that is determined

Lowkey true. Radio and youtube niggas do this too. They pick a lane and pretty much just preach to the choir with the same takes over and over
