The point isn’t the flaws in getting around the system here, the point is how easy the site has made it to get around the system. Laws and regulations with alcohol and other substances is there specifically to safe guard young peoples from consuming. There’s none of that with these crypto sites

This is on their website - it’s only required for fiat based currency. Crypto deposits there are no restrictions. So anyone can link a crypto wallet and make a deposit.

To deposit you literally need to verify your identity. If you wanna fault Drake for promoting gambling be my guest, but your whole narrative of the “easiness” behind gambling underage/illegally is false. It is ridiculously hard to create an account, gamble, etc without providing identification.

They are responsible for sure. Maybe not directly if you use the logic you’re using. But even using that logic the website that drake is promoting makes it so a person of any age with access to a credit card and transfer crypto and gamble. Do you expect parents to sit down with their kid and explain to them why gambling is bad? I don’t think you or the average kid ever got that talk.
