Honestly disagree tbh, Ye had much more energy and lyrics like on Jesus Lord are far more meaningful. Sounded like Drake couldn't be bothered on half the tracks.

Donda is too long and CLB is boring. I can't listen to any front to back as much as I should. Donda is better though because the hughs are incredible. The highs in clb won't have longevity

From what I've heard Donda sounds more interesting. The highs on Donda are really really high. That said, the penmanship on display on tracks like 7am, Kanye is not capable of. I haven't gotten a chance to finish CLB yet I'll be back tonight, but some of those tracks in the beginning sound so uninspired. Picked up a lot around All I Need.

It's not just about bars, rapping about woman who left him etc holds no weight, especially at his age. I'd much rather hear impactful and sincere lyrics.

Literally, his verses actually stuck, can't pick out a single verse from CLB that made me want to go back and listen to it.

I missed the highs that every Drake album has on CLB

Scorpion was an mess but the singles were truly memorable and amazing. Views too but it had so many viral songs and moments, the only thing im kinda seeing going viral with this album is the lesbian line so far lol
