If that’s case how come we haven’t seen so much as an in-game trailer yet at the very least?

They’re marketing scarlet nexus iirc? We probably will get news soon, game won’t come out until august either way. Plenty of time for marketing.

I can see it to be honest, Dark Souls 3 was announced around 2 years after development started and released less than a year after announcement. Covid could have easily f***ed up the schedule, but development for an ambitious new concept for the company surely started quite a while ago before the announcement last year. I’m not believing s***, but I will say I can atleast see it being true

Yeah, Souls games usually get announced then release shortly after (compared to other games)

    You don't need a multi-year roll out.

Look at Cyberpunk and how that ended up.

More shorter marketing roll outs the better. The game will speak for itself, they don't need to circle jerk themselves lmao.
