i put spinning gravity thrust (aow from sword lance) on the greatsword and blood infused it, this s*** is broken

i just beat romina first try and all i did was use the aow like 7 times and i'm not even built properly

That's how I beat the last Boss, people are sleeping on that

Is the story in this game any good?
Really the only part of games that I like nowadays

The story is good but it’s light on plot, it’s mostly lore and backstory done through reading with minimal cutscenes, a few dozen characters have voiced dialogue. It’s mostly action and exploration focused.

I mean the story is not really put out there like god of war or something like that. It's very lore heavy mainly in the item description

I played Dark Souls Remastered and Dark Souls 3 for the first time just last month and I loved both.

Great lore and great world, IMO.
Story is good, but it's not told in a classic, straight-forward narrative way. You mostly piece together the lore, what happened, who is who, through item descriptions, the overworld and some of the side-quests and NPCs in those.
The main focus is the world and the exploration.

I think the deflecting tear needs to become a main mechanic in the next game if they want to make even crazier bosses im afraid. Nobody would complain about a waterfowl or a consort radahn if you can choose between deflecting attacks, dodging or jumping. Of course it should be tweaked cause now that tear is op in elden ring
