front page has featured projects and a real time stream of purchases being made. sometimes ill watch the feed and discover albums just because I though the artwork was cool

Any creatives want to explain the use case for bandcamp?

Iirc it’s a relic from a time when streaming platforms weren’t as prevalent or accessible
