She willingly chose to go down that path and is control of her own actions. Don't matter his age- it's definitely lame and creepy but not wrong nor all solely his fault.

In my eyes? It's creepy because there's no way a 30 year old and 18 year old have anything in common. There's a clear reason why he chose her.
It's an inappropriate relationship but she's an adult and can easily be with men closer to her age and willingly chose to play a part in this relationship.
