agree. the age stuff is silly. if he raped her, then that's awful. not sure if it's even ezra, but so far she said she was too drunk to consent, which is different than violent forcible rape because he simply could not have known she that drunk. some people can be blackout drunk and appear pretty lucid and in control of their faculties. as far as coercion, I still don't really grasp that. if you keep saying no and someone keeps asking, leave? keep saying no? whatever you do, don't say yes. physical coercion is different, but if it's just persistently asking, that is at worst immoral, but not criminal
