    Anybody here fast at all? IF or extended. I'm about to do a 3 week fast at the beginning of 2020- leading into 20;4 IF fasting.

    Fast for 1 month back in April 2018. Haven't done more than a 4 day fast since though.

  • Yea i fast every morning cause of my anxiety (too nervous too eat) and my energy is sky rocket until i eat lunch. Never had an issur with weight but it keeps me lean even though i eat a high carb diet

    Because i freak out about my day ahead (work,socializing) and lose my appetite. Been like this since i was a lil kid lmao. Prob why i dont put on too much weight

    Took me about 2-3 months.

    I was exercising a lot too. I averaged like 15,000 steps a day

  • I do intermittent fasting. Usually eat my first and only meal at like 5/6 pm unless it’s a gym day or I’m eating w people

    The snake diet is when you fast all week and eat one meal on Sunday

    I weigh 317 right now but I was down to 305

    I’m tryna get to 190 by the summer

    Are you sure that’s healthy fam?
    I’d suggest one meal a day, no more than 1700 calories, low carb, no processed foods/sugars. And a couple of days a week do some physical activity

    Weight will melt off like butter

    Fasting is def healthy, not sure about the insulin spike though given 1 meal a week.

    Yea I basically did what you said the first time around and lost 70 pounds in 3 months but I’m tryna get down to 190 as quick as possible so I can focus on other stuff in life

    Not saying I’m tryna lose weight then start back eating like s***
    But I’m just tired of tryna lose weight

    S*** is annoying as f*** I’m tired of being a fat n****

    For my weight yes it’s healthy

    It would only be unhealthy if I was already kinda skinny
