krishna boundits funny because flavored vapes are still legit everywhere, banning them only made the situation 100x worse. Now 50-60% of place sell actually dangerous bootlegged disposables which contain ACTUAL dangerous chemicals. Disposables are EVEN MORE accessible than they were a few years ago but the majority aren't real. The only thing which basically doesn't exist is juul pods, but given disposables are not only cheaper but easier to find the FDA made the problem far worse than it ever should have been.
its actually crazy how many fake disposables are being sold i would almost argue that more fake disposables are sold than the real ones.

Unfortunately banning them wont do anything but incentivize black market commerce. You can't buy menthol or mint flavored ANYTHING (including smokeless or vapor) in Massachusetts, but every other convenience store clerk will happily offer them to you for "a deal" and put them in a paper bag at checkout
