Summary of the Prosecution closing statements:
Ian Yanniello for the prosecution delivered the Government's arguments.
Yanniello said Quando Rondo was "vulnerable" when he landed in Los Angeles, saying this is when Durk Banks took his shot.
Five men, including Defendant David Lindsey and Deondre Wilson flew into Los Angeles "with only the shirts on their back" for "one reason and that was to get Quando."
Yanniello said the OTF members "went straight to hunting their victims from the second they arrived."
He said they did not stop until Saviay'a Robinson was ultimately shot at the gas station across from the Beverly Center.
Yanniello said Robsinon had no idea when he work up that morning that the defendants had already "determined his fate."
The prosecution called this a "culmination of years long" planning, then described the Wilson and Lindsey as "celebrating" following the killing.
A video of Robinson being pulled from the black Escalade was shown again to the jury, and Yanniello said, "Those recordings show the consequences of these defendants actions.
"There was no panic, there was no regret. Instead, they celebrated."
Yanniello then described conspiracy as a "criminal agreement," and said Durk "took steps to conceal their criminal activity."
He pointed to Durk's deleted text messages, the five men flying to San Diego and his 17 different phone numbers as proof.
"Banks was the leader of OTF and its violent members," Yanniello said, explaining they killed "his biggest op."
"Get Back," Yanniello explained to the jury.
"Body for a body. Blood for blood."
The Government laid out that OTF Jam was a "stone cold killer" and said Durk wanted "shooters on speed dial" that he could "dispatch at a moments' notice."
"Was Kavon Grant involved in this murder? Absolutely.
But why? Because he was defendant Banks' right hand man," Yanniello laid out. "He had no ability - none - to order these guys around."
Yanniello said the story of Robinson's death "does not happen" without Durk.
"His beef, his money, his hot car, and it was his Los Angeles murder," Yanniello said.
"So why did they agree to commit the murder?" Yanniello asked. "You heard why. Money," he told the jury.
The prosecution pointed to the following texts from Durk's phone as evidence throughout their argument:
"Don't book no flights involved wit me"
"Jam just ready to snitch blood clear as day"
"The guys so behind and wonder why everybody else be up and looking good ... I'm not putting a dollar up till mfrs show me its a team thang"
Of defendant Lindsey, Yanniello said he was "clearly one of the shooters, wearing identifiable shoes."
Of defendant Wilson, Yanniello said he hired shooters Lindsey and Kieth Jones (Flacka) with the promise of payment.
"This case is not about rap. It's not about celebrity. It's about Saviay'a Robinson," Yanniello said. "They are guilty on all counts."

Durk will (probably) be found guilty on everything, and I'm not sure how the jury will land on any other verdict, and that's just using what was presented at trial
-Durk by all accounts, had the power, fame, money, grammy. He displayed as much on Million dollars worth of game.
-He's in text messages imploring his gang to spin, going so far as to say he'd withhold rent money unless they did something
-Because of the aforementioned, I don't think there's ANY doubt that Durk created a culture around OTF where everyone in contact w/him knew he wanted Quando knocked off, even if one were to try and suggest durk didn't know of that particular hit.
-Because of said culture that Durk undoubtedly created, that makes their defense of BrownEyez, Vonnie, Jam, etc. essentially lying on the stand, and that they went rogue...it's going to fall flat IMO
Brian Steel's closing arguments:
Brian Steel: “Let’s talk about Hester, Jones, and Grant. They are snitches, corroborators, and rats.
They put a target on a human being. A target on a celebrity human being
Mr. Hester (Jam) is a serial killer. He plead guilty to three murders.

Mr. Hester. That man is not human.
If you go to a restaurant and see him in as the valet, and Mr. Hester ask you for your key, you would go to another valet.
Brian Steel: “We are discussing truthful evidence. Not a segment from a song lyric or a line from a three hour interview”
Brian Steel spoke on Jam receiving the initial call to go to LA from Boonie Moe.
Brian Steel pulls up toll records showing Jam calling Boonie Moe twice that day.
“There’s zero evidence that Durk was on the call.”
“The great FBI said, We know what we don’t know. He’s saying I don’t need facts.
This is not justice, this cannot go on.”
Brian Steel: “How dare they put him (Jam) in front of the jury and let him lie. They know it’s a lie.”
