I mean i wont go full tiran on you and say you can't but this is supposed to be a thing where we watch films we've never seen before
But its your call bro
Nah all good, ima use this opportunity to watch something new haha
Can we re-watch something, or does it have to be something we've never seen before. Itching for a Goodfellas rewatch tbh

Curious to know what you think, its one of those films that i know of but have never felt the urgency to watch it yet
Also interested in hearing about Leo's performance in that film

Worth watching for Daniel Day-Lewis' performance alone Leo did his thing too.

I'm just not a fan of lengthy period pieces like that, same reason why i still haven't watched Barry Lyndon even tho i love Kubrick. I'll get around to both films eventually tho
holy s*** Eastern Promises was so good, i really didn't expect that
need to watch A History of Violence next

How you like his other work? the more body horror films? There isn't a film by him that completely blew me away yet (not even The Fly or Videodrome) but still i find myself attracted to all of his films, it's really weird
can't wait to peep Eastern Promises

What made you dig it so much? Feel like I only see positive comments about it but I personally have little to nothing nice to say about it so I’m very curious to hear

i love movies where something relatively small causes so much s***
Everyone was so good especially Viggo and Vincent Cassel
the gore scenes like chopping the fingers were amazing
plus the subplot of Vincent Cassel being gay|| was done well and when it was funny af when ||his father never told him s\*\*\* and tried to play it off like he knew everything
i think the biggest reason i loved it, is because i didn't check reviews or anything so i expected some boring drama
havent had time to watch blue velvet yet. imma peep Casino for this weeks challenge

Look out for that shot with De Niro's glasses when he and Pesci are in the desert >>>>>>>>>>.
If you finished the film you know what shot i was talking about. One of Scorsese's hardest shots ever
