Structurally it seems that the game opens up more and more as you play it.

The person playing it is 50 hours in, has been doing side content and doesn’t feel like they’re anywhere near the end.

Also, they compared the side quests to the Witcher 3. Very heavy narratively and full of world building.

I was watching streamers react to the demo and it really feels like the team is about to successfully introduce FF to Gen Z properly

I’ve been seeing fellow zoomers being blown away by FF staples like the summons, spectacle, cutscene heavy storytelling and genuinely good filmmaking. It’s so surreal and makes me happy especially since Yoshida mentioned that’s one of his biggest goals with XVI

This dude for example has never seen a Chocobo before and is day 1 on the game now

The game is probably going to be good, they just need to fix the tutorial, or let us skip it altogether.
