Mr MotionStrongly disagree. While it ain’t live up to the hype at all, I don’t think it’s at all a bad game. Taking into consideration all the patches, and dlc it’s a decent game at worst.

redtruthNah that s*** is decent at best and I played the game for the first time AFTER all the patches. The gameplay is awful, the whole 'HOLD X button to attack' and 'HOLD X button to defend' one of the laziest combat mechanics I have ever seen in a video game, that s*** is not fun at all and just makes nearly every encounter play the same way, and im not even going into the whole throwing your sword at a structure to recover MP thing.
The open world is pretty but theres nothing at all to do in it, the only thing they did with this open world was put some of the worst and laziest side quests possible in it.
I struggle to understand how anyone could call this a good game, the only good thing about this was the music, lore, designs of some of the monsters in the game and one of the cities in it looked cool as s*** but I forgot what it was called.
I never played any of the DLCs either, Square Enix must be outta their mind if they think I will play another second of that game after beating that story
You don’t have to hold x to attack, you can tap it like any other action game too

But Remake Aerith destroys Tifa in every way. They made her a goddess.

EXACTLY these niggas released the game broken and had to put in DLC to explain why ignis and all the gang disappeared at random times during the game
