I been gettin a lot more tired easily now a days.
I wanna say mental exhaustion and burnouts but honestly the other day I was jus sitting around on my phone for 2 hours. I eventually got up and went out to do stuff but by the time I got back home (11 ish) I was tired aF. I'm thinking I need to change my diet to foods that give me more energy. Ya'll got any ideas?
