@OP you need more complex carbs in your diet, they will slowly pump u with energy throughout the day, unlike simple carbs which just give you a short boost and then make you crash
Meaning you need to eat more rice, potatoes, oatmeal, etc
Also make sure u dont have an iron or vitamin D deficiency and take vitamin E if you want to increase blood flow
