I don't think it will fail. Ecommerce is one of the hottest industries (has been since 2000). Idk i'm just wary of everything digital nowadays. Too many screens, it doesn't hit the same to browse on the internet and click a button.
But the convenience is real, i haven't even went to a retail store in a while

it aint a nike shop in my entire state so sales of anything outside of dedicated sneakersheads gon plummet
Investors liked it, Nike stock is booming rn because DTC effects margins really nicely
Nike likely will just launch a huge expansion of store and save on the cost of having to deal with third parties
