yeah not performing the whole time was a lil strange but he did a lot of actual singing too and sounded great
Youāre right, expecting an artist that isnāt a legacy act to come with new music to arguably the biggest festival with his first live performance in 6 years is an unreasonable expectation as youāve said š« .
Him saying an album is coming not soon doesnāt amount to much for me tbh lol, cause what does that even mean truly, if itās to the point no new music was ready to be played after all this time?
Edit: and a lil strange? Nigga, Frank performances center around him standing or playing the piano while he sings. He doesnāt dance or anything, all he has to do is sing and he didnāt even do that the whole time lmao. He did not meet even the reasonable expectations

I found it hilarious that he added drums to these two but decided to strip back P+W, a song that originally had drums. Didn't really like the rendition of P+W he did live as a result.
He got the setlist wrong on this one imo. It would work for just about any other show besides headlining coachella. Also the technical difficulties surrounding the show were glaring, seemed disorganized at times not to mention the late start. And it's just come out now that the set design went under major changes right before he hit the stage.
Yeah agree, also have to hear Self Control again, I donāt think I liked the rendition that much. Set list was definitely a miss and weāll probably never get an explanation on it ever.
I think the only thing that mustāve changed were the visuals and the amount of effort he put in, the set list - given it was all live - was set in stone before which makes it very peculiar.
Also, coming an hour late and giving 10m to Homer Radio was stupid.
