It’s not at all.
They paid to attend Coachella and see hundreds of artists, including 2 other headlining acts and various other high profile mainstream musicians. They’re going to receive all of that
yes but you know a surge of people were going because of just frank the same way people are just going for. bad bunny or blackpink

yes but it would be nice for people that want a return on their ticket could get one with this news
If Travis Scott dropped out of Astroworld that is different than Frank Ocean a headliner dropping out. He isn't the first headliner to drop out nor will he be the last to drop out be it last minute or early. Either way .
I am not saying this is by any means a great situation. But acting like its some nefarious plot to con fans when Lauryn Hill shows up late, an artist gets cut for curfew, an artist has terrible sound set up and you can barely hear them, they have an injury or they look like they don't want to be there
Is doing a lot. No one is telling you that you have to like it, watch it, buy the ticket for it. You pay for a festival ticket. If it was a Frank Ocean show or any singular artist and they cancelled you would get a refund. Coachella is not offering refunds because they sold you a ticket to a FESTIVAL. trip insurance works on flights and in some situations you can get the same for hotel. All of these are precautions to protect the consumer in the case of unfortunate mishaps.
Tldr why was he late?
the reason being given is amount of production changes that were being made. Is it a good reason ? No not really but that is the reason we have
Coachella’s own website says “Lineup & set times are subject to change without notice.”
Meaning that as long as ticketholders receive 3 day access to the festival, which they paid for, even if one or a few artists drop out completely, there are no grounds for a lawsuit, because it’s advertised that the lineup can change at any moment.

Every festival says this by the way for those not grasping this. Every festival says this for EXACT situations like this
y'all are starting sound more like corporations than you think
This actually protects the artists in a way too, so they can’t face litigation if they have to drop out for whatever reason

franks gonna be behind bars for this one day bro mark my words
F*** Frank and anyone that’s defending him right now. This s*** ruined my mood for all of Weekend 2. Idc if I’m being a cry baby rn
I’ve been to festivals where artists had to drop out or lineups were changed, never once did I think anyone should be sued over it

Nah it's just reality. I have traveled for a show before. Going into it you know its a risk until the artist steps on and off stage. That is part of what makes it live music. If I didn't want to take that risk I wouldn't buy a concert ticket, plane ticket or whatever it is to go to a show. This is how festivals work and have worked. Again I say this as someone who has seen shows for a decade.
Bros itt capping for a millionaire that doesn’t care about them
Don’t get me wrong, Frank is a d***head for that entire performance and the fans absolutely deserved better.
But I think it’s silly to think that means he should be sued
