jewelry is inherently an expensive item though? like you can’t make cheap luxury jewelry and be expected to taken seriously. He wants to make a brand that will outlast him. This isn’t a tee shirt that he’s selling for $300 because he can.

I think the biggest issue I have is A) the multi million lab grown jewelry, but even that is something I can get to be sustainable or so I’d assume. My B) issue is how the store is so exclusive you have to make a reservation to shop there which I think is stupid as f*** and shows he really only cares about the jays of the world. I wasn’t gonna make a huge stink like Americana but what I did notice is 30 of my friends posting about his coming back on social media like it’s a huge deal when really what he’s doing now is almost turning his back on his core music fan base the way Rihanna has done recently. Which sucks but it is what it is. Hopefully he really does come back for 2023

I'll be honest, I never understood the passionate, rapturous praise for Frank. I like his work but the whole thing about him not being that into music... you could hear that throughout his discography and it put me off.

Then again, I tend to feel like male singer-songwriters have an ulterior motive behind their work and I tend to be distrustful of that. So maybe it's just me
