He was a half-ass manager in the first 2 seasons

Hes been killing it this time around though

Hes actually getting paid handsomely to do this and seems pretty passionate about it

First 2 seasons he was basically finding time to be a manager while making no money and getting no respect

My hope is that he took his uncle's advice in season 2. It seems like Katt Williams character was in the same kinda position as Earn where he was a manager but there was a falling out and he held a lot of resentment over s***.
