If this episode was better written and Earn had a solo episode I would rate this season waaay better.
I mean, how tf Earn had that good arc last two seasons and now he's just Al's good manager? I thought he was the main character. They just didn't know what to do with him now or did that on purpose just to bReaK eXpECtaTionS.
I need all of the main 4 to have an episode centered around them next season
Lol you know damn well she hasn’t done anything as bad as selling humans hands
no you’re right it’s extreme but I watch it with the idea that a lot of this show has wackiness, that I like, I guess I’m jus tryna highlight I see where they coming from with the extremes they take. This finale is my least favourite but I really loved the season
Van disassociated she was a completely different person and the hands were more for shock value humor I think but still eh execution
as soon as Van came in pretending not to know Candice with that fake ass french accent I was f***in weak
knew we were in for a great episode off the ridiculousness of that alone lmao
“…………………… oh, Candace!” in the thickest possible accent
Damn that’s the finale? We got little to no Earn this season
I hope next season we can see how he’s evolved and not homeless once he’s back in atl
Everyone talking bout Candice while I’m more into Xosha
I thought she was the baddest too crazy how that’s lakeiths bm in real life and her name is really xosha
Y’all keep using this “surrealism” excuse but when have they had a main character do some super left field s*** that made no sense wit their character?
when has Atlanta had a main character completely run away from their life and start a new identity in a place where nobody knows them?
her actions making no sense with her character was the point, that wasn't Van
I feel like I enjoyed the episodes but still don’t know how to really feel as a whole tho about the season

Word I really love the show too, just when you build up characters then all sudden have them do a complete 180 out of nowhere, sometimes the landing doesn’t hit
And the fact the episode wasn’t written as a finale makes me think the writers went off and wrote their own episodes and then tried to piece it together when they was done
nah this was def meant to be the finale
van's been so weird for the whole season, this wraps it all up. We were supposed to be super curious about what her deal was and this episode was supposed to be like "ooooh i get it now" but they kinda messed up the execution
So are we suppose to take the show serious or not? Cus y’all be in here peeling back every layer of the deep themes presented, yet now it’s all suddden not serious?
idk about you but that's never been how i consumed the show.
I feel like people be ruining their enjoyment of this show by overthinking/theorizing tf out of it.
Since season 2 I been just pulling up every week and watching the episodes and they all been entertaining asf. that's just me tho.
Edit this post I think you can get banned for that word
i get to say it cus im actually sped

ignore dem bro
shows writing got worse, fans are pulling a rick and morty style cope

Yeah it wasn’t Van it was sUrREaLisM
Anyways it’s ok to admit the writers wrote a bad episode. Y’all don’t gotta keep coming up with excuses for it.

You can say what you want but the writer herself said she didn’t know it was the finale when she wrote it so ima go off that

A lot of ppl seem to have a very black and white view on art where either you’re suppose to love everything or dislike everything.
Niggas can enjoy the show as a whole but dislike some things or some episodes
Yeah it wasn’t Van it was sUrREaLisM

obviously I meant that figuratively, not literally
didn't even mention the word surrealism bro. maybe it just worked for me and didn't work for you. that doesn't have to mean I'm right and you're too stupid to get it or you're right and I'm too snobby to admit it was bullshit
art is subjective, I thought the writers wrote a good episode, you thought they wrote a bad one
who's to say who's right
How? He’s right? They established the meth and hands thing were her all disassociating and not really being “herself” and why she has that break down and only snaps back into herself when she thinks about lottie
