ValentineI understand that entirely, but the same can be said about this album since it’s a creative experience by Kendrick, one of his best friends Sounwave, one of Sounwave’s creative best friend’s Jack Antonoff
I get the perspective you are coming from, since they all grew up together and I’ve actually seen those terrace interviews about Dot. But the same can be said for this album, we just lack the interview details right now to see that
I don't innately feel that way about this album as I did for TPAB
I've long thought that way about TPAB because of what Mac was doing in LA around that same time. SounWave is great to me but groups like PRhyme I don't see the producer/rapper combo as a group
