My pants start slipping some after three days of fasting
bruh i kinda hate fasting too long because for me, even if i hydrate properly, I will literally lose nothing and end up just getting bloated asf around day 2

65hrs and I am not sure if I will be able to make it through the work day..
broke my fast at 74 hours with some nuts
2 hours later came home to soup, salad, and a little bit of panetonne

that was the morning of the 3rd day. I was feeling some gnarly nausea but when I got to work it disappeared. felt fine the rest of the day. I think I was more nauseous than I will be at that point this time because I hadn't been supplementing electrolytes until after the 48th hour when I should have been doing that from the start of the fast
I am eating a huge kebab in a few minutes good luck to yall i guess
on another one. 33rd hour rn. not sure how long I will go but at least close to 48. feelin good!
These multi day fast aren’t going to work long term best way is 11am-7pm intermittent with a steady eye on what you eat in that time
Lost 30 pounds in 3 months doing it that way and kept it off, you also don’t feel drained or nauseated or lightheaded as a result lmao
finally found "half salt" in paris. bout to rock another extended fast shortly. connect with my ancestors n s***. reexamine what is truly necessary in life
