Casino didn’t really pay off for me. I get the whole idea that if you play long enough you lose, and pretty much everyone keeps playing. But the way he shows that is dragging it on for 3 hours and grinding all the characters down slowly, and to me it never felt engaging or fun as a viewer. The only 2 scenes I really remember vividly were smashing the cheater’s fingers and beating Pesci to a pulp with his brother. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention tho.

BANCOOP if you haven't watched A Bronx Tale yet peep that. Not saying it's on par w/ theses two movies but it's one of the most underrated movies ever & a classic mob film.

Goodfellas/Casino are the easiest mob movies to digest.
Godfather is for made men
Bronx tale very enjoyable as well, need to watch Capone & see what I think
